Bac Giang City Police said the investigation agency has prosecuted Nguyen Duy Khanh (54 years old), Nguyen Duy Khanh (31 years old) and Dang Tran Dung (54 years old).

The authorities investigated and determined that the woman who was arrested and taken away was Mrs. O.
The subjects who kidnapped Ms. O., Khanh, Khanh and Dung, surrendered.
