Prosecution of 2 more accused in Ninh Thuan case

According to information from the authorities of the Ministry of National Defense, Vietnam.

The Criminal Investigation Agency of Region 3 has prosecuted 2 more suspects in the case of a 12th grade female student who was killed in a traffic accident in Ninh Thuan, Vietnam.

The investigating agency prosecuted two suspects Huynh Thi Kim Hang and Pham Van Vo.

The agency investigating the crime: “Providing false documents or making false statements” according to Clause 1, Article 382 of the Penal Code.

These two people are the wife and uncle of the accused Hoang Van Minh, who was prosecuted and detained by the Criminal Investigation Agency of Region 3 on August 10.

Hang and Vo were banned from leaving the place of residence.

On August 7, 2022, the Criminal Investigation Agency of Area 3 sent a written notice of the results of the settlement of the traffic accident that caused the female student H.A. dead.

The Criminal Investigation Agency of Area 3 has received a crime report from the Police Investigation Agency of Phan Rang – Thap Cham city, Ninh Thuan province, Vietnam.

Minh was driving a car on April 16, then turned to the right to enter a bank branch.

Minh collided with a motorbike caused by female student H.A. driving in the same direction, causing the female student to fall on the road and die later.

The Criminal Investigation Agency of Region 3 has issued a decision to prosecute the criminal case for further investigation and handling.
