Police of Hon Quan Binh Phuoc district, Vietnam arrested Nguyen An Binh, residing in An Loc ward, Binh Long town.
This person was accused of raping a 10-year-old girl and then robbing her.
According to investigation information, Binh asked the man to drive him into Minh Tam commune to find vulnerable houses to steal property.
Binh walked into Hamlet 4, Minh Tam commune, to look for an opportunity to steal.
Binh broke into Mr. C.’s house when he and his wife went tapping rubber.
V. was 10 years old, Mr. C.’s daughter was sleeping with a younger brother in the house, so Binh used a knife to control and rape little V.
He then stole a phone and a motorbike and left the scene.
After many days of investigation, on June 27, Hon Quan District Police arrested Binh. According to the investigation agency, Binh had 8 previous convictions.
The police are investigating and clarifying the behavior of this person and his accomplices.
