Danh Tuan and four people in a car controlled and forced a 16-year-old girl to get in the car and take her to Kien Giang to work as a laborer to pay the debt.
On August 6, 2023, Tuan and 5 accomplices were held in criminal custody to investigate the illegal arrest of people.
In the same case, two other people who helped this group were released on bail.
According to the investigation, on the afternoon of August 4, 2023, Tuan’s group consisted of 4 people traveling from Kien Giang to Cho Moi district, An Giang province.
After that, the group asked three local people to track down the 16-year-old girl.
When they saw the girl, Tuan’s group blocked the head and controlled the victim to put him in the car.
Police stopped and arrested Danh Tuan’s car when they were running towards Lap Vo district, Dong Thap province.
