Early morning of January 22, 2025, Van Giang District Police discovered Bui Van Nam driving a motorbike in the wrong direction.
When asked to stop for inspection, Bui Van Nam did not cooperate but used his phone to livestream on the TikTok account Nam Birthday.
Nam asked the authorities to present documents about being assigned to patrol.
This TikToker also used inappropriate language and was restrained by the authorities and taken to the police station.
Tests showed that Bui Van Nam’s alcohol concentration was at the highest level.
