On November 24, the family of Mr. L.V.H., 34 years old, residing in An Khanh commune, Hanoi, sent a complaint to An Khanh commune police, stating that he was assaulted by two young men in Geleximco An Khanh urban area, Hanoi.
After receiving the report, An Khanh commune police coordinated with the Criminal Police Department to conduct verification. The two suspects were identified as: Luu Duc Khanh and Do Trong Tuyen, 31 years old, residing in Chan Mong commune, Phu Tho province. Tuyen then fled the area.
📝 Results and statements
When working with the police, Luu Duc Khanh stated that the fight originated from a traffic collision, due to a conflict after the collision, Khanh and Tuyen chased and beat Mr. H.
According to the initial assessment results, the victim suffered 13% injury.

The Investigation Police Department of Hanoi City Police is continuing to search for and summon Do Trong Tuyen to handle according to the provisions of law.
