Ha Nguyen Ngoc Duong, accused of repeatedly breaking into his ex-lover’s house to steal diamonds, an iPhone 15 and cash.
Vietnam investigation service – Buon Ma Thuot City Police, Vietnam detained Duong for property theft.
A resident in Ea Tam ward reported that a thief entered his house and stole an iPhone 15 Pro max and 500,000 VND.
Investigating the case, ward police identified Duong as the suspect, on his way to Ho Chi Minh City by bus.
At 4:00 p.m. on the same day, the police arrested Duong, when the car arrived at the Eastern bus station in Ho Chi Minh City, and confiscated the phone as evidence.
Duong needed money to play games and pay off debt, so he came up with the idea of breaking into his ex-lover’s house to steal property.
