Court clerk forged the verdict in Ca Mau

Information from the investigating agency in Ca Mau province, Vietnam – Court clerks Tran Van Thoi, Ca Mau, Vietnam Nguyen Quoc Khanh, forged a judgment to cancel the land purchase and sale contract, to help the woman continue to sell the land. .

Tran Van Thoi District Court sentenced Khanh, 36 years old, to a 2-year prison sentence, for forging in his work under article 359 of the Penal Code in Vietnam.

Mrs. Hong was sentenced to 2 years in prison for using fake documents of the organization.

Tran Van Thoi District Court accepted the case of land purchase and sale contract dispute filed by Mrs. Hong against Mr. Dang Truong Hoang Vu in Loi An commune.

In mid-January 2020, Mrs. Hong withdrew her lawsuit and the case was suspended.

Due to her previous acquaintance, Mrs. Hong asked Khanh for help to get the land back.

Khanh prepared the judgment hiMrself, forging the content and form. Sentencing in accordance with Mrs. Hong’s request.

Vietnam investigation service – Khanh gave Mrs. Hong a fake verdict.

Mrs. Hong asked the judgment enforcement agency to cancel the previous land purchase and sale contract with Mr. Vu.

After that, take back the land and sell it to others for 400 million VND.

The incident was revealed, the investigation agency arrested Khanh and Mrs. Hong.

Hong said that he did not know it was a fake judgment because he did not ask Khanh’s secretary to make a fake judgment.

Khanh admitted the crime, due to gratitude to Mrs. Hong.
