Arresting a woman who posted disinformation

The Police Investigation Agency of Yen Lac district, Vinh Phuc, Vietnam has just issued a decision to arrest a woman named Phung Thi Nga, born in 1981, residing in Yen Lac district.

The police agency shall investigate acts of abusing democratic freedoms to infringe upon the interests of the State and the legitimate rights and interests of organizations and individuals as prescribed in Article 331 of the Penal Code.

Investigating and verifying together with the collected documents, the investigative police agency issued an urgent arrest warrant for Phung Thi Nga on charges of abusing democratic freedoms and infringing upon the interests of the State. legitimate rights and interests of organizations and individuals.

At the same time, conducting a search of Phung Thi Nga’s residence, many objects and documents related to the case were seized.

Currently, the investigating agency is continuing to investigate and expand the case and consolidate the record of strictly handling this subject in accordance with the law.
