Investigative information from the police agency said that Nam Tu Liem District Police had prosecuted Sung, 30, and Hung, 25, to investigate the crime of property destruction.
According to the investigation, two people named Sung and Hung are car custodians for the parking lot on Nguyen Dong Chi Street, since 2020.
Seeing many people parking at A4 Nguyen Dong Chi building without anyone charging, this group wanted to force car owners to send them to the parking lot.
Meeting the car owners to negotiate but were opposed and quarreled, Hung and Sung discussed each other would smash the car window to confront.
Hung invited a person to break the front and rear windshields of 5 cars.
The police investigation determined that Hung and Sung’s behavior caused damage in the amount of 58 million VND.
