Chau Thanh district police, An Giang province, Vietnam has issued a decision to prosecute and temporarily detain Le Ngoc Vu and Pham Van Teo.

These two people were arrested for intentionally causing injury, according to the news of private investigation services in Vietnam.
The investigation agency determined that Vu and Teo were workers at An Giang Samho company limited.
Because Vu was angry that Ms. B. had repeatedly reminded him of violating the rules, he asked Teo to go and slash the woman above.
Vu and Teo wore masks, used black tape to cover the license plate, and drove to Binh Hoa Industrial Park to wait for Ms. B.
Vu saw Ms. D. driving a motorbike to take Ms. B. home, so the two of them chased after the two women.
Teo drove his motorbike closer, allowing Vu to use a knife to slash Ms. B.’s back and Ms. D.’s arm.
Both of them left the scene and went to the company to work overtime as usual. Ms. B. and Ms. D. both suffered 2% injuries.
