According to information from Hoi An Tay Ward Police, the three violators include: N.Q.V. born in 1989, T.H.M. born in 1990 and T.D.C. born in 1989, all residing in Da Nang.
All three were fined 7.5 million VND each, Da Nang private detective.
Previously, the police force received a report from the people. Through verification, the authorities discovered that the subjects used personal accounts on the Zalo platform.
They shared edited images. After that, these images were posted to groups with many members.
The above behavior negatively affects the online environment and violates the honor and dignity of others.
Authorities stressed that the incident is a warning to social media users. They warned against posting and sharing unhealthy content.
These acts violate the law and are against social ethics in Vietnam.
