According to the investigation, a man in Tam Anh Nam commune had a romantic relationship with a woman.
The two had a conflict, so the woman told Truong. The school promised to settle this case.
Truong and Tan threatened and beat the man to get into the car.
He took the man to the town of Nui Thanh, Quang Nam to meet the woman apologizing.
On March 10, the victim reported this incident to the police.
