12 People Prosecuted After Violent Clash at Milk Tea Shop

The Investigation Police Agency of Phú Thọ has initiated criminal proceedings and prosecuted 12 suspects for “disturbing public order” in connection with a violent clash that occurred in Hiền Quan Commune.

According to authorities, at around 10:00 PM on December 20, 2025, a group of young men rode motorbikes recklessly along District Road 70, in front of Moon milk tea shop (Area 8, Hiền Quan Commune).

The group shouted and hurled insults to provoke another group sitting inside the shop.

The confrontation quickly escalated as both sides used chairs, brooms, and other available objects to attack each other.

Although the incident did not cause serious casualties or major property damage, authorities determined that the behavior disrupted public order and negatively impacted local security.

Investigators identified 13 individuals directly involved, of whom 12 have been prosecuted.

Notably, most of the suspects are young, with several still of school age.

The case remains under further investigation to clarify individual responsibilities in accordance with the law.
