These three young men are all from Tuan Giao district, they were arrested for illegal drug trafficking.
At 4:50 p.m. on September 5, 2023, Tuan Giao District Police coordinated with Dien Bien Provincial Police professional departments to catch Quy red-handed in the act of illegally buying and selling drugs.
Investigating the case, the police seized 3 bags containing nearly 3kg of synthetic drugs in stone form and some evidence.
Tuan Giao district police summoned Lo Van Hai and Lo Van Long to investigate and clarify the crime.
